Day 31: Homemade Rootbeer

Today for FHE, my family made homemade root bear for the activity. It was loads of fun and we had a lot of time to just talk and get to know each other and to play with the witches brew that is homemade root beer, it tasted great too! Very fun activity!

Day 30: Sundays

Sundays are always fun. I get to go to church, I went to an auxiliary training meeting, I catch up on homework, hang out with roommates, and stuff like that. But what I really look forward to is stadium singing and after stadium singing Ammon and i get to hang out. Its the only time we see each other. Its always fun!

Day 29: Sammies

There is an awesome restraint in Rexburg that is famous for their pie shakes. They are super good and so I walked by and I noticed there window and it was really pretty! It almost reminds me of Anthropology, what do you guys think?

Day 28: Comedy Improve

Today Ammon and I went to a comedy improve show that was free in the MC, it was so much fun! They were all so hilarious and it was a really fun date!

Day 27: Exploring

So Ammon and I are both poor and so we love going around exploring campus. We have been through all of the buildings about a million times but it is still fun seeing what we can find! Here we are in the Kirham right before the building closed. We also happen to get kicked out by the same guy every time no matter what building we are in. Its kind of funny, pretty soon we will know his name! (PS, I took this picture just because I needed a picture for the day, so, you welcome!)

Day 26: Blink

So my boyfriend Ammon invited me to go get free food at his brothers house while he did his laundry. While we were waiting for his laundry to finish, Ammon and I played this game called Blink. It is a game similar to Speed but a lot faster! It was a lot of fun. I love learning new things!

Day 25: Country Dancing

Every Tuesday and Thursday I start the day off with probobly my favorite class, Country Dancing. Its a class I joined randomly the first week of school and it has been so much fun! I have loved learning line dances waltz, two step and all of the other fun things you learn in this class!

Day 24: FHE

This is my FHE family. I love being the Mom of the Family, my husband is the blond guy right next to me. The rest are our Sons and Daughters. It is so much fun having people call me Mother and taking about how I'm cheating on husband and how we are really in an "Open Relationship". So entertaining!

Day 23: Trees

This is what makes the snow worth it in Idaho, I absolutely adore it when the trees are covered in white! It is so dang beautiful!

Day 22: Barbershop

Today I went to a barbershop festival at the school and it was so much fun! Its amazing how much talent is around. The main people to sing though were a group called "The Perfect Gentlemen" and they were so good! I couldn't stop laughing throughout the entire performance and they were really talented!

Day 21: Store

Today Rachel and I had a fun time going to the grocery store and just chilling while everyone else was doing there own stuff...It was a pretty fun and chill night.

Day 20: Friends

So everyone who looks at this blog is probably getting sick of pictures of a friend and me but that is basically my life other then HW so sorry if this blog is boring! I might get more creative later! But today Ammon and I watched the x-man movies and they were awesome and I randomly saw Monroe at the crossroads and so we had a fun time hanging out! I hope to have better things to post soon! :)

Day 19: Roommates

I love my roommates! This is Shay and Rachel and they are two of my amazing roommates. I love them so much. Every time I walk into the apartment Rachel will say, "Oliiiiviiaa my Mother" and it always makes me smile! I am so lucky!

Day 18: Devotional

I love going to devotional every Tuesday! It is so amazing that every week we have an extra opportunity to be spiritually enriched. And now with the new I-center its like we have our own personal conference center. Its so awesome! Here's the I-center auditorium from the second level looking down, there are three levels and it really is a lot like the conference center!

Day 17: Civil Rights Day

Today was super fun since we got the day off of school! So my friends and I decided to watch a couple movies, take some personality quizzes, namely the color code where I found out that I have changes and now I am very very white with a secondary color of yellow. And we just had a good day off. In the picture we are just hanging around, Monroe and Rachel are there too but they didn't want to be in the picture for some reason. Oh well, I just love having good days!

Day 16: Monroe

This is my friend Monroe. Hes in my ward and we have been friends ever since we met this year. On Sunday he decided to come over and we spent the day together until I went stadium singing. It was a lot of fun playing games and making dinner! I love how many awesome friends I have with me right now!

Day 15: Blue Sky!

Rexburg has been cloudy and snowing since the second I arrived here two weeks ago but today we got a nice surprise, a blue sky! It was so nice. Oh and the weather has been super nice! In the late 20s and its supposed to get even better has the weekend comes! We are all very happy about it!

Day 14: Blanket Fort

I don't know why but Rachel and I love making a blanket fort at the beginning of the school year and watching shows in it to start the school year off. We did it last year and loved it so we decided to do it this year too! It was a lot of fun and we both rescheduled dates for it so it was nice having a little girl time!

Day 13: Homework

I know this a shocking but most of my life consist of reading papers and writing about them, or analizing them, or outlining them. Just a whole lot of Homework. So here is a picture I took of my computer screen...beautiful, I know!

Day 12: Hymns

This is my friend Ammon. We hang out basically everyday and today we decided to just go to a practice room and sing hymns. It was a lot of fun! I love the simple things we can do in life!

Day 11: Tangled

Ok, so I forgot to take a picture today so here is a picture from the movie "Tangled". Today I went on a date with my good friend Matt and he took me to get pasta and then we saw Tangled. It was a REALLY good movie! It pretty much made my day.

Day 10: Phone

Day 9: Creeper wall

Last year I loved covering my wall with pictures of my friendsa and family, it was crazy looking for sure but I loved it and I loved how it made my room a lot less boring! This year I decided to bring back my "creeper wall" as I called it lovingly last year, but this time I attempted to make it look a little nicer. I really like it!

Day 8: Skiing

Today I went Skiing for the first time! It was super fun! I fell a couple (or five) times but by the end I think I got pretty good at it and it was really cool doing something new! Afterword I got pizza and watched a movie, just lots and lots of fun!

Day 7: Missionary Letters

I love getting mail! Today I woke up to an e-mail from mom with a letter from David attached and I opened u the mail to find another letter from David. It absolutely made my day! It was so fun being able to hear from him and everything! :):):)

Day 6: Once upon...

When I was living with Jess she was incredibly nice and put this cute phrase on my computer. I love looking at it every time I open my computer and it always seems to make me smile. Sadly soon after I took this picture today the time seemed to have disappeared so now it just says "Once upon a", but I still love it!

Day 5: Optimistic Glass!

SO my roommate Rachel finally got to Idaho today and she gave me my Christmas present. I think it is so cool. On the top is says "Half full" and the bottom says "half empty". So the half empty side can never be filled and the top can always be filled, so the glass is either always half full or all the way empty! Its awesome!

Day 4: Karaoke

So doing get connected has been a lot of fun but my favorite part was going to I-night and playing all sorts of fun games and parting! This picture is from singing Karaoke with two of my friends. Its been so fun!

Day 3: Thor The Viking

So our school mascot is Thor the Viking. Everytime I walk into the Hart building I love seeing the statue of Thor and so I decided that that would be today's picture. Oh and I'm also wearing my get connected uniform, it just been a lot of fun volunteering for that and being able to serve. Yeah so that's all! :)

Day 2: Emerson

So for today I was going to take a picture of the mess that I call a room at the moment but then I got a wonderful unexpected surprise. Jessica and Emerson skyped me. Emerson was being really cute and singing me songs then he said something uncompromisable for a minute and went upstairs. Soon he returned with his animals book which he then proceed to read to me. It made my night, and I've had a pretty good night!

Day 1: Changes

Change seems to never go away in my life. In the past year my life was for unpredictable then I ever thought possible, in both good and bad ways. So this year I decided to begin the year by embracing it, I decided to cut my hair and die it red (well temporarily). And as every year begins for me it seems, I am one again moving, but this time to a familiar place of Rexburg. Though I will be in a new apartment with new roommates, I am happily inviting back the familiar friends, crazy schedule of classes, and even the freaking cold weather! So bring on the new year, I'm as ready as I'm going to be!
